Help identifying this WB skin please

Does anyone have this skin that could share it with me?

I have seen this image in a screen shot and have tried contacting the person who made it, but he has not contacted me in any way.

I just want to know if there is someone who may have it and can share it with me or can tell me who the author is, that I may contact him/her myself.

In the comments, it is stated that the skin was created by JW Gordon. I have done an exhaustive search for such an author and have found nothing.

If the skin is no longer available, I would like to know. I can understand if it is not available or the author does not want to share it. I would just like to know either way.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It really is a beautiful WB and I would enjoy using it this holiday season for my personal use.

he said it was by J.W.Gordon, ya might want to google him. My guess is that the WB is removed.

I did that before I posted the question here.

I have also emailed Snowman, but have not gotten a resonse back from him yet.

I find it hard to believe that no one in the Wincustomize community has seen this skin other than 1nsomn1ac, and he has not responded to my comment yet either.

Unfortunately it appears not to be available anyware online, and without vStyler's permission noone is allowed to pass it on, so even I can't help you (though I've got the skin).
But pop over to his website, he might mail the WB to you if you ask nicely
