Open the page you wish to create a shortcut to and highlight the address. Use CTRL C or right click and choose copy to copy the address to the clipboard. Right click on the Object Dock, select "Add Entry", "New Shortcut". Click in the "link" area and paste (CTRL V) the address into the line. Give it a name at the top, choose "OK". You can now choose an image for the shortcut. With that you should be good to go.
